Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals receiving hospice care, many of whom are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illnesses. You will work closely with patients who may be experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will be critical in providing not only support but also tools to help clients and their families cope with these life transitions effectively.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
