Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized plans of care that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the diverse needs of the patient population.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify treatment strategies as required to promote mental health and address ongoing challenges.

• Document all treatment records, progress notes, and clinical information in compliance with all regulatory and departmental standards, leveraging current technology to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that clearly delineate goals, needs, and treatment options, while incorporating feedback from all stakeholders.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison connecting patients to resources and treatment providers, ensuring accessible and appropriate care pathways.

• Support the development of future healthcare professionals by providing educational experiences and mentorship to students, interns, and other trainees within the clinical setting.

• Engage in peer review and collaborative case discussions with clinical supervisors, contributing to the enhancement of team members’ development and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with individuals and families affected by cancer, addressing the psychological, emotional, and social impacts of such diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent in the field.
