Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health services to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and rooted in evidenced-based methodologies.

• Engage in continuous communication with healthcare team members—including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and nursing staff—to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Track and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on clinical feedback and outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Uphold ethical standards by maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent is obtained prior to treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
