Inside Sales Representative - Smooth Closing | Austin, TX (In-Office)Smooth Closing is on a mission to become Austin's #1 direct-to-seller home buying company. We're scaling quickly, we're doing it with integrity, and we're looking for the right person to grow alongside us.If people naturally warm up to you within seconds of meeting, if you thrive on being part of a team that celebrates wins together, and if striking up a conversation with a stranger energizes you rather than drains you — this is your role.What You'll DoAs our Inside Sales Representative, you're the very first impression a homeowner gets when they contact us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows, which makes this one of the most important seats on our team. You'll earn trust quickly, dig into what's really going on with their property and their situation, and lock in the appointment that hands things off to our acquisitions team. Beyond the initial call, you'll manage ongoing follow-up on your pipeline of leads — staying sharp, staying consistent, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
