Growth Marketing Coordinator

We’re an early-stage startup moving fast, and we’re looking for a curious, driven Growth Marketing Coordinator to own and grow our social presence, nurture leads through email and SMS, and help us build a content engine from the ground up. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Organic social campaigns — Plan, create, and manage social content across relevant channels. Build and execute campaign funnels from awareness to conversion. Email & SMS marketing — Write and schedule campaigns, manage lists, build out automated sequences, and track performance metrics. SEO & content strategy — Research keywords, write or coordinate blog content, and help establish our brand as a trusted voice in the space. Reporting & iteration — Track key metrics across channels, share regular updates with the team, and use data to improve what’s working.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related role (internships count) Strong writing skills and a good eye for what makes content resonate on social Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research Graphic design & AI tools — Create basic visual content and use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance marketing results.
