Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Thur: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Sat: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM Sun: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help verify that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas, while reporting access concerns and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support daily operations by observing facility activity, reporting maintenance or operational concerns that could affect the location, and assisting with directions or information as needed. Minimum Requirements: A New York State Security Guard License is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. The ability to use a computer and/or tablet comfortably is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
