About LADACIN LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for more than 75 years and is a non‑profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the development of the program. Implement individual program goals and plan community‑based activities focusing on participants’ choices. Assist with personal care as needed. Requirements Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Previous work experience with people with multiple and physical disabilities preferred. Eligibility for New Jersey Department of Education certificate preferred. Sign‑on bonus $1,000. Nice to Haves Top benefits, first month after 2 months of employment. Excellent growth opportunities.
