ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Description Job Description ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- FLOORING General Flooring Contractor seeking highly organized individual for an administrative assistant position. $21-$23 Per Hour Responsible for the following duties. -Answer phones and support client needs. -Basic data entry for Quickbooks. Administrative accounting functions a plus. -Prepare communications to include, memos, emails, invoices, reports, estimates, follow up responses both written and verbal, and other correspondence as needed. -Process necessary information through job runner and builder trend. -Prepare and edit documents to include letters, reports, instructional documents and others. -Assist team in processing SOP’s. -Receive and process PO’s. -Create work orders for sub-contractors when jobs are scheduled. -Communicate with customers regarding daily and upcoming schedules and keep them informed of job progress with all standard jobs. -Ensure existing customers are receiving the service in which they need and are satisfied with RCS. -Purchasing of materials, inventory control, ordering and processing through the receiving of inventory. -Basic Accounts receivable functions. -Create quotes/bids for clients and contractors. -Process payables & payroll for subcontractors. -Other duties as needed by management. Strong Candidates will exhibit the following: o Bilingual, Spanish Speaking a plus o MS Office/PC proficient o Flexible, resourceful, and intuitive o Ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment o Strong work ethic o Organized & detail oriented Company Description Established in 1989, Regal Commercial Services is the premier flooring and construction contractor in the So.
