Kitchen Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our culinary team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation procedures Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability Develop and update menu items in collaboration with culinary staff Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Address customer feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant company culture that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
