Our extremely busy pet salon is looking for a mature, dynamic multi-tasker to answer phones and make appointments for our shop part time. Please, serious inquiries only.
The position requires:
Ability to work a set schedule consistently
Excellent customer service skills with people and dogs.
Computer proficiency
Adaptability
Problem solving
Familiarity with pet industry is a plus
Coordinating services and ensure shop has all stock necessary to support services
Mature approach to interpersonal interaction
This is a "team member" position
This is not a job for someone who wants to sit at a desk. You will be up and down, on your feet supporting every aspect of the business while making appointments and coordinating intake and delivery of pets. You must understand pets are part of a family and our customers want them treated as such. If you do not have experience bathing dogs then we will train you. We will also train you to be familiar with the process and understanding of how to schedule our grooming appointments. You will be the Ringmaster making everything run smoothly.
