The program provides structured guidance, extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence‑based project to set you up for long‑term success. Responsibilities Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state where you will practice. CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
