Job Title: Family Law Paralegal

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certificate required
• Strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court filings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare, and file family law pleadings and legal documents
• Manage case files, deadlines, discovery, and client communications
• Support attorneys throughout all stages of family law matters, including litigation and settlement processes

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $100,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
