Sales Director - Key Accounts (Hospitality Technology, Remote)

Overview Sales Director – Key Accounts (Hospitality Technology) Location: Remote with up to 40% travel. We are seeking a Sales Director of Key Accounts to lead the expansion and retention of its most prominent clients, focusing on acquiring new key accounts, expanding existing partnerships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including architects, contractors, and FF&E vendors—to deliver a full suite of guest-facing technology solutions. Responsibilities Lead acquisition, retention, and growth within a portfolio of national and strategic accounts Forecast, manage, and report on a full sales pipeline in Salesforce Build trusted relationships with executives and key decision makers at ownership groups, management companies, and hospitality brands Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve and exceed quotas Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver best-fit solutions Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads Serve as a collaborative leader and role model within the sales organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years enterprise sales experience, ideally in systems, software, or hospitality technology Proven success managing large, complex accounts and expanding revenue within them Experience selling hardware, content, or software into the hospitality industry preferred Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-level Demonstrated success in quota attainment, account expansion, and long-term client growth Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales tools Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% Details Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales Industries: Hospitality and Hotels and Motels Note: This description reflects the responsibilities and qualifications for the role and does not include extraneous site or recruitment platform content. #J-18808-Ljbffr AG Foundry - Recruiting & Staffing
