A Charlotte law firm seeks an experienced family law paralegal to join their thriving practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have 1 to 4 years of family law experience,
* Criminal law and personal injury law experience is highly desired,
* Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
* Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
* Must be proficient knowledge of computers,
* Communicate well with others,
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Draft legal correspondence,
* Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
* Maintain case files,
* Assist in billing,
* Assist with discovery,
* Monitor county dockets,
* Accurate calendaring,
* Other support duties assigned by attorney.
