Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, assessments, and crisis intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges.

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with community partners and Reentry Social Workers, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal treatment pathways for patients.

• Engage in case conferences to develop personalized treatment plans, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals and organizational stakeholders.

• Complete all required clinical documentation and statistical reports with accuracy and within designated timeframes.
\n
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision sessions with a Clinical Supervisor to ensure ongoing professional development and quality of care.

• Potentially oversee social work interns or volunteers, offering mentorship and guidance as needed.
\n
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, mental health rounds, and process improvement discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adolescents and families, providing critical therapeutic support to help them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in adolescent mental health will be invaluable in offering tailored care to these populations, fostering resilience and positive mental health outcomes. You will address issues including family dynamics, interpersonal relationships, trauma, and other mental health concerns through both individual and group therapy mediums.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, or eligibility for licensure.
