Accounting Manager

We move fast, grow intentionally, and build teams that thrive. The Role We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our central finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. In this role, you'll own the accounting operations across a complex multi-entity, multi-state structure — leading close processes, managing intercompany accounting, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with FP&A and operational leadership on financial reporting and controls. This is a high-visibility role in a high-growth environment. What You'll Do Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and practice locations Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages Support accounting integration of acquired practices, including chart of accounts mapping, balance sheet validation, and post-close transition activities Coordinate external audits, lender reporting, and PE-level financial requirements Develop, mentor, and supervise accounting staff Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across accounting operations Partner with FP&A and operations leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis What We're Looking For 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing accounting for multi-site, multi-state, or multi-entity organizations Strong technical foundation in GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and complex close processes Experience within a private equity-backed organization preferred Healthcare services, dental, physician practice management, or MSO experience strongly preferred Experience with Sage Intacct a plus M&A accounting or acquisition integration experience strongly preferred Why OMS360 We're one of the most active acquirers in the oral surgery space, backed by Shore Capital Partners, and we're building the finance infrastructure to match.
