About the Role
Water-City Blaze is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused B2B Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building professional relationships, managing client accounts, and driving business growth through face-to-face communication and strategic sales efforts.
As an Account Manager, you will work directly with business clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships. This is an in-person role involving client meetings, networking opportunities, and event-based business development throughout the Tampa area.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and account growth.
- Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and support efforts to expand the company’s client base.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver professional presentations of products and services to prospective business partners and clients.
- Account Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and ongoing support for client accounts.
- Market & Client Insights: Track customer feedback, industry trends, and client needs to help improve sales strategies and service delivery.
- Event & Networking Participation: Represent the company at business events, promotional campaigns, and networking opportunities across the Tampa area.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident in speaking with clients and business partners
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in an in-person, client-facing environment
