Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and nurture trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans addressing mental health needs, relational issues, and emotional well-being.

• Lead individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to maximize effectiveness and meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and family dynamics. You will guide them through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, empowering them to implement effective coping strategies and achieve sustainable mental health improvements.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid, unrestricted license as an LMFT in Washington State.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstration of strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
