Key Qualifications:

• Current OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services at two elementary schools (approximately 37.5 hours/week)
• Oversee and support an OTA who delivers services at a third school
• Manage and serve a caseload of 62 students in collaboration with the OTA
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation accordance with school policies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
