Epic Business Systems Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Epic Business Systems Analyst will manage Epic Hospital Billing and professional billing configurations, translate user requirements into technical specifications, and serve as a mentor to team members while ensuring adherence to industry standards. Key responsibilities: Maintain quality and timelines for Epic billing configurations and resolve issues Translate user requirements into functional specifications and review with clients Participate in software upgrades and enhancements, ensuring proper documentation and issue escalation Required qualifications: Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Professional Billing claims or Contracts 5+ years of healthcare experience with direct client knowledge in billing and revenue cycle 5+ years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in relevant applications 5+ years of knowledge in revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques 3+ years of direct Epic experience and client interaction
