ReceptionistWe are seeking a receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Greet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsPerform all other office tasksPerforming three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracyReconciling vendor statementsQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsHours:Monday thru Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM* All offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion of a background check and drug testing Ray Electric Supply
