Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative and connected team. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our technology allows for secure, HIPAA-compliant interactions, ensuring confidentiality and comfort during sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and progress to adjust therapeutic goals effectively.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary remote team to discuss client cases and ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record system.

• Stay updated on current best practices in social work and continuing education to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Many clients come from historically marginalized communities, requiring you to approach their care with cultural sensitivity and a commitment to anti-oppressive practices. You will play a vital role in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting wellness within these communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong skill set in diagnostic evaluations and the development of tailored treatment plans.

• A commitment to ethical practice and culturally responsive care, with a focus on empowering clients and promoting their autonomy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
