HR Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant for a 3-month contract to support our HR team sitting in the Woodlands, TX. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding. Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs. Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, including creating Pivot Tables and performing V-lookups. Handle prevailing wage determinations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Compensation: $19-22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
