Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop confidence conducting seller consultations, preparing comparative market analyses, presenting effective pricing strategies, and guiding clients through every stage of the listing process.

Through coaching, proven systems, and consistent daily activity, you will gain hands-on experience with listing presentations, negotiations, marketing strategies, transaction management, and client communication. As your skills continue to grow, you will build a steady pipeline of listing opportunities while creating a referral-based business designed for long-term success.

$150,000 at plan earnings

• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
