TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ER Holding Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a large, urban hospital setting required. License: Active RN License required. Certifications: BLS required. ACLS and CPI preferred. Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience required. - Comfortable taking care of behavioral health patient population. - Must be prepared to float frequently to meet staffing needs. Description: This is a night shift position in the ER Holding specialty. The contract offers both 36 or 48-hour options. Travelers are first to float and must be aware that night ratios can sometimes reach 1:7. The unit includes a diverse range of patients, including those with medical-surgical and telemetry needs. Patients may have complex conditions such as pulmonary, sepsis, GI, cardiac, and psychiatric illnesses. The unit is split across floors, with specific training provided for safety and de-escalation for behavioral health patients. Weekends will require 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period. RTO restrictions apply, with a maximum of two weeks permitted. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 major holidays. A nicotine-free environment is mandatory. All scrubs worn must be a specific color and feature company branding.
