On-Call Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking adaptable, professional receptionists to join the exclusive on-call corporate coverage pool for an iconic, world-renowned prestige beauty brand. This unique role offers ultimate flexibility, allowing you to opt into shifts that fit your schedule while serving as the welcoming face of our corporate office.

How Our Coverage Pool Works Shift opportunities are posted daily in our dedicated team GroupMe chat. Assignments are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis, giving you the freedom to work up to 40 hours a week or simply pick up shifts as your availability allows. Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact, warmly receiving and directing corporate visitors.

• Screen and accurately route incoming phone calls and departmental mail.

• Act as an internal resource, distributing forms and answering employee questions regarding basic company policies and procedures.

• Order standard office supplies and highly used forms (vacation requests, attendance cards, JOP forms), ensuring supply cabinets remain organized and fully stocked.

• Manage the daily distribution of incoming mail and faxes.

• Support office culture by posting monthly company anniversary and birthday lists.

• Perform other general administrative and front-desk duties as required during your shift.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of related receptionist or administrative experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• A reliable, highly responsive approach to claiming shifts and managing front-desk operations.
