Substance Abuse Case Manager - Housing & Recovery
The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Substance Abuse Case Manager working with the HSSP team to support residents in permanent supportive housing across SPA 6 & 7. You will serve as primary case manager, provide information, and help members access inpatient or intensive treatment when needed. You will collaborate with licensed clinicians, use harm-reduction approaches, maintain records, and promote wellness and recovery through wrap-around services. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
