Substance Abuse Case Manager - Housing & Recovery Support
The People Concern
The People Concern is hiring a Substance Abuse Case Manager to support residents in permanent supportive housing across SPA 2 & 5 sites in Los Angeles. You will serve as primary case manager, coordinate with clinicians, and help clients access inpatient or intensive substance abuse treatment when needed. Responsibilities include harm-reduction based outreach, referrals to treatment, and assisting with housing stability. Requires CADC certification or equivalent and CA Driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
