Field-Based Case Manager - Housing & Reentry
The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking a Case Manager - ODR Scattered Site to provide Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) for clients recently released from jail and experiencing homelessness. You will coordinate releases, link to health, housing, and community resources, and support long‑term housing stability through a trauma‑informed, harm‑reduction approach. You will work in The Nest location in downtown Los Angeles with a Monday–Friday schedule and a full‑time non‑exempt status, serving up to #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
