Product Support Sales Representative (PSR)

Aftermarket Solutions Consultant 

Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Field-Based

⚡ THE ROLE 

This is a field-based, hunter-style aftermarket sales role focused on:

• Service agreements (CSA) 
• Parts revenue growth 
• Preventing downtime before it happens 

You are not inside sales.
You are not order-taking.

You own a territory.
You build relationships.
You drive revenue through insight—not pressure.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO:

• Walk customer sites daily and identify equipment risk before failure
• Turn service work into long-term maintenance contracts
• Grow parts + service revenue across your territory 
• Build relationships with operators, techs, and leadership
• Prospect new business through consistent field activity + outreach

Expectation:

• 15 in-person touchpoints/day 
• 5 outbound calls/day 

COMP THAT MATCHES PERFORMANCE

• Competitive base salary ~$40,000
• Uncapped commission (no ceiling Parts + Service + CSA)
• Quarterly + Performance bonus structure 
• $800/month auto + phone allowance

• You’ve sold in parts, service, or industrial environments
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
• You have a valid driver’s license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos. 
• You’re comfortable with cold outreach + field prospecting
• You have mechanical awareness (you can “see” problems early) 
• You prefer autonomy over hand-holding
• You want income tied to your effort—not capped potential
