Omnichannel Marketing Partner - Oncology

AbbVie seeks an Omnichannel Marketing Partner to support regional oncology sales teams by coordinating digital engagement strategies, providing analytical insights, and bridging field sales with brand marketing. The role emphasizes data-driven campaign execution and customer intelligence across multiple commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide call planning, prospecting support, and omnichannel intelligence to regional sales teams
- Design and execute digital promotional campaigns for healthcare professionals with targeting and measurement
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and create regional influence maps, target lists, and HCP profiles
- Serve as omnichannel subject matter expert, guiding field teams on digital strategies and tactics
- Gather feedback from field and analytics to improve CRM and omnichannel platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years total professional experience
- 3+ years direct sales experience or sales support
- 3+ years hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools (CRM, CDP, web analytics)
- 3+ years cross-functional strategy or leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Experience with medical/regulatory/legal review processes
