Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Interface with financial institution customers, driving product engagement and monetization Own end-to-end implementation and success, picking up customer relationships mid sales funnel and seeing them through full implementation Monitor and improve core engagement metrics – turn users into multi-product, power users Deliver educational content and self-serve materials to customers and prospects Define and scope software and financial engineering solutions to meet customer needs Act as the voice of the customer to engineering, helping prioritize the roadmap and refine UX Launch fast, iterative experiments—including prototypes using AI and third-party integrations Why join us Opportunity – Be the first generalist hire at a fast-growing startup.
