What You Will Do
As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll support the administration and improvement of employee benefit programs while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, FSA, and 401(k).
- Serve as a primary contact for benefit vendors and third-party administrators, supporting billing, eligibility, and issue resolution.
- Assist with benefits-related payroll processes, system audits, and ongoing HRIS data accuracy.
- Coordinate benefits activities such as enrollments, COBRA administration, beneficiary updates, disability claims, and compliance processes.
- Monitor and reconcile monthly benefit invoices and administrative fees across benefit plans.
- Support benefits audits, reporting, and industry benchmarking surveys.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with benefits questions and guidance.
- Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions.
- Participate in special HR initiatives such as wellness programs, retirement education, and employee engagement campaigns.

- Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree plus 1+ year of benefits-related experience or 5+ years of related experience
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits administration
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Preferred Skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving projects and deadlines
