Description To assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate internal patient transportation for Baptist Hospital of Miami. Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all patient transportation staff to ensure organizational operations. Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of population served, while meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Estimated pay range for this position is $21.66 - $28.16 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications Degrees High School or GED Licenses & Certifications CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification. Additional Qualifications Bachelor‘s degree preferred. One year of previous Patient Transportation experience preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing have good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis-oriented environment.
