What You'll Do As a Senior Client Solutions Consultant, you'll follow an established process to: Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations Listen to individual goals, challenges, and aspirations to assess alignment Introduce relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required. This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription. Requirements We're looking for professionals who are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter —people who value meaningful relationships, independence, and the opportunity to achieve significant results. 10+ years of professional experience Background in client relationships, account management, customer success, consulting, business development, leadership, marketing, communications, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual needs Confidence connecting with professionals from diverse backgrounds A relationship-focused approach built on trust, professionalism, and follow-through Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your schedule independently Willingness to learn and apply established systems Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued growth Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
