Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
Location: Lyons, OR
PAY: $20.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join a busy office team. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling accounting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Enter and update accounting data in QuickBooks
• Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and spreadsheet management
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:


• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Payroll experience required
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
