Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, gathering detailed history and presenting issues through engaging conversations.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct regular psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, or narrative therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress updates, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to formulate holistic treatment strategies and assist in creating effective discharge plans that align with psychosocial assessments.

• Facilitate care coordination by assisting clients with discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions between levels of care, and connecting them with community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong proficiency with technology, including word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with teletherapy platforms and a deep understanding of trauma-informed care are highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
