What you'll do:
As a Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mastering the register system: Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
- Managing special transactions: Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
- Opening and closing registers: Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Experience required: Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
- Flexible schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- People person: Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
- Proactive engagement: Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
- Team spirit: Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
Physical requirements:
- Active work: Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise.
- Mobility: Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lifting ability: Comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds
