Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

To support value-based care initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver data and analytics solutions, coordinate with clinical and operational teams, and develop complex visualizations and reports in a virtual environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in population health, translating business needs into analytics solutions that drive quality and cost improvements Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on population health priorities and manage project execution with clear ownership and timelines Oversee data validation and ensure deliverables meet governance standards while mentoring BI Analysts and Specialists in visualization techniques Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in population health, analytics, or healthcare data, with expertise in value-based care models and risk adjustment At least 6 years of experience in delivering interactive data visualizations and gathering requirements from customers Proficiency in working with complex data sets using SQL Server, SAS, MS Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
