In this essential role, you'll oversee the acquisition of materials and fabrication, ensuring seamless supply chain operations from order to delivery. Collaborating closely with design, finance, and operations teams, you'll help maintain optimal inventory levels while negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices. Your work directly influences the company's profitability and operational flow, making it a rewarding position for someone eager to make an impact.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to foster consistency and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to fulfill stocklist requirements.
• Obtain quotes, generate requisitions, and track delivery timelines.
• Confirm all order documentation, ensuring accuracy in stocklists and purchase records.
• Work with departments to coordinate shipping, receiving, and installation of materials.
• Review vendor pricing updates and apply cost-saving insights.
• Manage overstock inventory to optimize resource utilization.
• Assist in inventory control activities and equipment rentals.
• Keep stakeholders informed of market price fluctuations affecting procurement.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
