You've likely worked on a variety of projects, both large and small, and are comfortable taking ownership, leading workstreams with autonomy and providing support across multiple workstreams. A proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt based on shifting priorities is key. You have a proven ability to identify next steps and proactively put into action. What you'll do: Partner with cross-functional teams and navigate cross-agency collaboration Serve as a day-to-day client contact, with guidance from manager Participates in key client meetings including owning preparation for and recap of status meetings, briefings and cross-functional partner meetings Lead execution of select projects and inform supervisor/director on status Manage and oversee creative development/production of assets for multi-channel media plans Think and operate with forward-thinking mindset, strategic orientation and task/project management Ensure operational excellence on the accounts and projects managed Maintain and grow knowledge of client's business, competition, and industry Financial management responsibilities including reviewing project estimates, SOWs and billing for brand Should be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills Who you are: 3-4 years of experience in account management Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Ability to understand client business objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them. Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to client accounts. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
