We’re hiring Salon Managers in Dover, DE. and we look forward to hearing from you! Our management team averages $30-48 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives). Responsibilities As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon, and helping to grow the store’s clientele. Fun, team-oriented hair salon culture. Qualifications A valid DE cosmetology or barber license. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements Standing for long periods of time. Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting, and turning continuously. Working above shoulder level continuously. Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling. Occasional kneeling and climbing. Hands frequently exposed to water.
