We'll teach the right person the technical parts of the job they'll need.What You'll DoYou'll wear a lot of hats, almost like running your own business. Typical tasks include:Answer calls and emails with inquiries about our toolsHelp educate potential customers about how our tools can produce the parts they needProvide quotes for standard and custom-built toolsEnter orders, create shipping documents, invoice completed ordersProcess credit cards, maintain spreadsheets and reportsProvide customer service and troubleshoot problems with toolsMaintain our website and marketing programsSet up and work 1 – 2 trade shows per year (out of state, typically 5 – 6 days)What You BringA minimum of two years of college or relevant work experienceBasic mathematical skillsPatience and the ability to explain and educateExcellent reading and writing skillsAbility to pass our company ISO, English, and Math assessments.Social media savvy is a big plusBilingual, English / Spanish is a huge plus Ready to Apply?Send us your resume and we'll be in touch.
