Sales and Event Coordinator

Supporting the growth of the RFV business unit, the remote Sales & Event Coordinator will manage sales activities, coordinate customer and industry events, and assist with day-to-day operations to drive business growth. Key responsibilities Coordinate sales activities and support the RFV team throughout the sales process Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and customer events Provide administrative support to RFV leadership, including scheduling and meeting coordination Required qualifications Strong organizational and project coordination skills Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
