Events Coordinator
Beauty Barrage
Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. We work with some of the hottest beauty brands today and provide in-store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. About the Role The Events Coordinator reports to the Field Sales Director and drives sales and increases brand market share through education and events across multiple retailers. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field. The coordinator will develop and execute event strategies, manage event logistics, and cultivate strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordinate pre‑event timelines, asset deliverables, relationships, and event execution Attend and support in‑field events Support the Field Sales Director with brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts collaboratively with Account management and the Regional Team Attend bi‑weekly event calls with the corporate team Analyze and share learnings of the event execution’s impact on sales Gather collateral and owned tools from the Field Team Collaborate with Account and Education coordinators to create and source additional event and education collateral for the Field Team Support the Field Sales Director to ensure events are set up and executed to Beauty Barrage image standards Other duties as instructed by the Beauty Barrage Leadership Team and Field Sales Director Requirements and Skills 3+ years of beauty sales and events experience Previous experience working with geographically dispersed teams is preferred Beauty savvy and able to represent the company culture that is both polished and professional Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Ability to think, strategize, and present alternative ways to increase business in respective markets Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Ability to use a smartphone and keep open lines of communication via email, video calls, phone calls, text messages, etc. Available to work across time zones with the flexibility to follow up on items outside of standard business hours, including weekends Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Willingness to travel when needed Self‑starter with great confidence and persuasive communication skills Ability to inspire, influence, and cultivate strong relationships and enthusiasm for the beauty industry Benefits Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Dental, and Vision coverage Flexible PTO and Holiday Schedule Work with multiple brands & retailers in multiple categories of beauty Opportunities to grow with a company that is growing 111% year after year Equal Opportunity Employer Beauty Barrage is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender identity, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other classification protected by Federal, State or Local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
