Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific psychological and emotional care needs.

• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions focused on addressing the emotional challenges of aging, adapting therapeutic methods to meet the needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement comprehensive care plans that promote holistic health outcomes for geriatric residents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
