Director, Sales Training & Enablement - Abbott Vascular

Abbott seeks a Director of Sales Training & Enablement for its Vascular division to develop and execute scalable training programs across endovascular, coronary, and vessel closure franchises. The role drives commercial readiness, sales force effectiveness, and revenue growth through strategic curriculum design and program implementation.

Responsibilities

Design and implement value-based sales training programs supporting product launches and commercial readiness
Convert business objectives into scalable training curricula for all sales organization levels
Evaluate external training vendors and deploy interactive online and virtual delivery methods
Develop key performance indicators and demonstrate financial ROI for training program effectiveness
Present program strategy, metrics, and impact to executive leadership

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience combination
10+ years healthcare industry experience
8+ years leading and executing sales training programs in medical devices
5+ years as high-performing sales representative or manager in medical devices
Ability to travel 25-50% within the United States

Compensation: $149,300.00 – $298,700.00 base
