Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your expertise as an LMFT is crucial in guiding them towards healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities.

• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based interventions, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization values the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
