Payroll Processor

Job Title: Payroll Processor II Location: Hybrid - Sacramento, California Contract Length: 6 months with extension Pay: $35/hr for having all required and preferred qualifications on their resume Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Equipment: Sutter provides all required equipment Requirements and Preferred Qualifications Required Qualifications At least 2 years of recent, end-to-end payroll processing experience Experience processing payroll for organizations with 20,000 or more employees Experience processing California payroll Knowledge of applicable California payroll requirements Experience processing California final termination pay within required timelines Experience using Workday Payroll Experience using Kronos Experience processing union payroll Ability to apply collective bargaining agreement requirements Experience processing high-volume payroll accurately while meeting strict deadlines Ability to research, reconcile, and resolve: Payroll discrepancies Employee pay issues Payroll transaction errors Ability to work onsite and remotely according to a hybrid schedule in Sacramento, CA Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Preferred Qualifications Healthcare payroll experience Experience supporting large, complex enterprise payroll operations Experience with payroll compliance, audits, and payroll controls Familiarity with LotusOne or a similar workforce management system Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience partnering with payroll leadership and internal stakeholders Candidate Data Points All requirements must be clearly documented in the resume.
