Onsite: Jacksonville, FL 32218

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Overview

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organized, detail-oriented, and great at telling a story with data.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to support partner for leadership—helping turn a high volume of reports into clear, polished updates that actually make sense to others. You’ll also play an important role in keeping things running smoothly on the finance side by helping ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and manage high-volume operational reports across contact center performance and business functions
• Translate data into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations that tell a compelling story
• Build polished presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Copilot
• Consolidate insights from multiple data sources and communicate trends to stakeholders
• Support leadership by serving as a right-hand partner, preparing materials for business reviews and decision-making
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned for broad distribution (“reporting to the masses”)
• Support AP processes to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
• Track invoice status, accruals, and follow up on discrepancies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end activities
• Assist with vendor compliance and operational coordination
• Contribute to process improvements across reporting and financial workflows
• Support operational initiatives beyond the contact center as needed

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in contact center operations, reporting, AP, or a related support role
• Strong ability to synthesize large volumes of data into executive-level summaries
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation design tools (Canva, Copilot, etc.)
• Experience handling high-volume reporting environments
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leadership
